and all other Persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Monday, the Twenty-fifth day of May, A.D. 1868; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept, or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

they have received back the capital money and interest of their shares and a note of transfer of business had been written out to the other owners, so that hereafter if the business of the said shops either profit or lose, they will have nothing to do with the said Yü Fei Mau and Tam Pun.
