With reference to Government Notification No. 65 of 20th April, 1867, it is hereby notified that His Excellency SIR RICHARD GRAVES MACDONNELL, C.B., in Council, has extended to 'Ng-Yü of the Fuk-Lung Shop, No. 77, Jervois Street, and Ho-Leung of the Chiu-Lung Shop, No. 57, Jervois Street, the Exclusive Privilege of preparing and selling prepared Opium within the Colony of Hongkong and the Waters thereof, for the period of Three Months, from the 1st May, 1868.

The Charges for the Storage of Gunpowder on board the Government Depôts, under "The Gunpowder Storage Ordinance, 1867," shall, from this date until further notice, be as follows:-
