Owners of Tenements assessed to the Police, Lighting and Water Rates are informed that the Rates are payable in advance, during and within the month of April, for the Second Quarter of the present Year.

After the 30th instant Rates not paid are recoverable under Section 4 of Ordinance No. 11 of 1867.
