THE HONGKONG GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 28TH MARCH, 1868.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Sealed Tenders will be received at this Office, until Noon on the 13th proximo, for the construction of a Break-water Jetty at the Harbor Master's Office.

Plans and specifications may be obtained at the Surveyor General's Office.

POST OFFICE NOTIFICATION.

With reference to the Notification of the 12th February, 1866, by which the transmission of Patterns or Samples of Merchandize sent through the United Kingdom to Belgium irrespective of their weight was authorized, it is now notified that such Packets or Samples must not in future exceed Eight ounces in weight.
