Tsang Kwong Ping, of Victo- ria, in the Island of Hongkong, Trader, lately carrying on business at Victoria aforesaid, under the name or style of Wo Cheong Loong.

João Joaquim dos Remedios, of aription of Trustees. Victoria aforesaid, Merchant, Wei Akwang, of the same place, Com- pradore, and Cheok Shing, of the same place, Merchant, Editors of the said Tsang Krong Ping named and appoined for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said Trang wong Ping.

4. Nature of Deed.

Argument in Trust for the be- neft at all Creditors rateably as in Bankrupter Power of Attorney to Trustees to sue for debts. Cove- nant by Debtor not to apply debts or effects to his own use. Release to Debtor.

I certify the above to be a true copy of the entry in the Registry Book of Deeds under The Bankruptcy Ordinance 1864."

In the Matter of a Deed of Arrange- ment dated the 30th day of June 1865, made been Adolf Ellissen of

Card Street in the City

of London Merchant and of Coven- try in the County of Warwick Con- ton Spinner and Custav Ellisson then residing at No. 28 Maida Hill West in the County of Middlesex but late of Hongkong in China Mer- chant the said Adolf Ellissen carry- ing on business in London as a Merchant alone under the Style or Firm of "A. Ellissen & Co.” and at Coventry aforesaid as a Cotten Spin- ner alone in his own name and the said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellis- sen carrying on business in Co-part- nership at Hongkong and Shanghai in China under the name style or firm of "A. Ellissen & Co. and which said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellissen wore thereinafter designated as the Debtors of the first part Roger Swire Tomlin of No. 1 Bank Build- Inge in the City of London Gentle- man William Burrows of Great St. Helena the same City Merchant and William Monles of 19 King's Arms Yard Moorgate Street in the City of London Accountant therein

[OTICE is hereby given that much of the Creditors of the said Addf sen and Gustav Ellissen either jointly separately as have not yet sent in and proved their debts claims or demands to the satisfaction of the said Ins- pectors and have not yet executed or assented in writing to the said Deed of Arrangement (which- now lies at the Offices of us the undersigned Messrs. Flux Argles and Rawlins No. 1 East India Avenue Leadenhall Street in the City of London Solicitors) are hereby required to do so or before the Tenth day of March One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight other- wise they will be excluded from all benefit thereof AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after the said Tenth day of March One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-Eight the said Ins- pectors will proceed to distribute the assets which have come to their hands under the said Deed of Arrangement arising from the said joint and separate estates of the said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Elissen among the Creditors entitled thereto having regard only to the debts claims or demande s for which the said Deed shall then be executed or assented to and the particulars of whose debts claims or demands shall have been forwarded to the said Inspectors and proved to their satisfaction and duly allowed by them.

And the Inspectors will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt claim or demand they shall not then have had notice or of which no particulars shall have been furnished or which baving been disputed by the said Inspectors shall not have been duly verified by Affidavit or Declaration in accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act 1861 for proof of debts and allowed as claims against the said Estates of the said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellissen.
