Ellissen & Co." and which said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellissen were thereinafter designated as the Debtors of the first part Roger Swire Tomlin of No. 1 Bank Build- ings in the City of London Gentle- man William Burrows of Great St. Helen's in the same City Merchant and William Moales of 19 King's Arms Yard Moorgate Street in the City of London Accountant therein- after designated "The Inspectors of the second part and The several Per- sons Companies and Co-partnership Firms who at the date thereof were respectively Creditors of the Debtors or either of them thereinafter desig- uated "the Creditors" of the third part Registered in the Court of Bankruptcy pursuant to the Bank- ruptcy Act 1861 the Twenty-eight"} day of July 1865 whereby the said Debtors assigned all their joint and separate estates and effects as well in Great Britain and China as elsewhere tee Inspectors for the benefit of their Creditors.
