IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY

"OTICE.—CHUN-YUN-CHEUN, a native of Sun-On, in the Empire of China, but now of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Travelling trader, having been adjudge Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bank- ruptcy, or the Thirteeth day of November, 1869, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of- the said Court, at the first Meeting of his editors, to be held in fore the said Registrar on Washer,

the Fifteenth day of December next, at Rev o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. The said William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Edmund Sharp, is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will be appointed by the sald Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, of which sitting notice will be givci in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the first Meeting of Creditors the Registrar- will receive the proofs the Debts of Crediters, and the Creditors me choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bank opt's Estate and Effects.

All persons who have possession of any of the Effects of the said Bankrupt must deliver the same to the Official Assignee, and all Debts due to the said Bankrupt must be paid to the said Official Assignee.

LEONG-WAH-TING, of No. 122, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, trading solely under the shop name of "Leen- Cheong," Blacksmith and Brazier, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudi- cation of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Thirteeth day of November, 1369, is nereby required t surrender unself to William Hastings Alexander,

Esquire the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on Wednesday, the Fifteenth day of December next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely at the said Court.

The said William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, Is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Edmund Shap, is tue Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will be appointed by the said "Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
