His Excellency SIR RICHARD GRAVES MACDONNELL, C.B., has been pleased to recognize Don FERMIN SAENZ DE TEJADA as Vice-Consul for Spain at this Port from the 19th ultimo, provi sionally, and till further notice.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

It is hereby notified that a List of the Tenements valued for the Year 1870, under the Provisions of Ordinance No. 5 of 1863, will be open for inspection at the Government Offices for Fourteen Days, commencing from Monday, the 8th instant.

Persons wishing to inspect the List are requested to apply at the Colonial Treasury.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

With reference to Government Notification No. 128 of the 1st instant, it is hereby notified that His Excellency The GOVERNOR has been informed by the Right Honorable The Secretary of State for the Colonies, that the Queen's Exequatur empowering Don FERMIN SAENZ DE TEJADA to act as Spanish Vice-Consul at Hongkong, received Her Majesty's Signature on the 18th of September, 1869.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

With reference to Government Notification No. 121 of 15th October last, it is hereby notified that the QUEEN's Exequatur empowering Lieutenant-Colonel CHARLES NOBLE GOULDING to act as Consul at Hongkong for the United States of America, received Her Majesty's Signature on the 18th of September, 1869.
