and all other Persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Wednesday, the Twenty-seventh day of Octo- ber, A.D. 1869; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, fail- ing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

OTICE-TAM-FOO, otherwise TAM-PAK- CHUNE, otherwise TAM-KWOK-CHING, of Victoria, Hongkong, Comprador and Mer- chant, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court on the Nineteenth day of August, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-nine, is hereby required to surrender him- self to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on the Twenty-first day of October, One thou- sand Eight hundred and Sixty-nine, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely at the said Court. William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, Francis Innes Hazeland is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

At the Meeting, the said Registrar will re- cieve the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or As- signees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

All persons having in their possession any of the Effects of the said Bankrupt, must deliver them to the said Official Assignee, and all Debts due to the Bankrupt, must be paid to the said Official Assignee.
