IN THE COURT FOR THE RELIEF OF INSOLVENT DEBTORS AT CALCUTTA.
In the Matter of ROBERT MCCHEYNE, late of No. 8, Russell Street, in the Town of Calcutta, who was hereto- fore and up to the First day of July, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight, carrying on business as Merchant and Agent, at No. 6, Com- mercial Buildings, in the Town of Calcutta aforesaid, under the name, style, or firm of "Robert McCheyne and Company" against whom an adjudication of Insolvency was made and pronounced on the Sixth day of July, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight, on the Petition of BISSUMBER MOITRY, a Creditor.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of
this Court made in the above matter on and bearing date the 7th day of August, instant, it was ordered that the Creditors of the above named Insolvent should on or before the First Court day in February, One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy, file in the Office of the Chief Clerk of this Court, a statement of the amount of their respective claims against the Es- tate of the said Insolvent duly verified by Affida- vit, and that the Chief Clerk should form a Schedule from the Claims so to be filed.

Cargo and Specie will be registered for Londou as well as for Marseilles, and accepted in transit through Marseilles for the principal places of Europe.
Cargo will be received on board until 4 P.M. of the 11th; Specie and Parcels until 5 P.M. of the 11th. (Parcels are not to be sent on board; they must be left at the Agency's Office.) For Particulars regarding Freight and Pas- sage, apply at the Company's Office, Hongkong, CONTENTS AND VALUE OF PACKAGES ARE REQUIRED.
