Supplement- I. A Sum not exceeding Thirty-eight thousand Dollars shall ary Estimates, be and the same is hereby charged upon the Revenue of this Colony for the Service of the Year 1868, the said Sum so charged being expended as hereinafter specified; that is to say:-- Establishments :-
