An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum not exceeding Thirty-eight thousand Dollars to defray the Charges of the Year 1868.

1868, in addition to the Charge upon the Revenue for the Service of the said Year already provided for in the Estimates submitted to the Legislative Council: Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

I. A Sum not exceeding Thirty-eight thousand Dollars shall ary Estimates, be and the same is hereby charged upon the Revenue of this Colony for the Service of the Year 1868, the said Sum so charged being expended as hereinafter specified; that is to say :--
