GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.
With reference to Government Notification No. 75 of the 7th ultin, it is hereby made known that His Excellency IR RICHARD GRAVES MACDONNELL, C.B., Governor and Commander-in-Chief, has granted to Hü ü of the Ping-Ki Shop, No. 25 Jervois Street, and Ip-Tsing, of the Chun-Un Shop, No. 36 B. Bonham Strand, the exclusive Privilege of preparing and selling prepared Opium within the Colony of Hongkong and the Waters thereof, for the period of One Year from the 1st of August, 1869.
