No. 694-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has under the provisions of Section 13 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1898, (No. 6 of 1898), on the 10th instant, cancelled the registration of the Fountain Trade Mark registered in the name of EUGENE RIMMEL on the 27th January, 1879, in respect of Tropical flower water.
