T is hereby notified that that part of the House hereinafter mentioned, that is to say, the Second and Third Floors of No. 30, Upper Lascar Row, was on the Twenty-fifth Day of June, 1869, pursuant to Section XXIII of the above Ordi- nance, declared by me under my Hand and Seal of Office to be an Unlicensed Brothel.
