T is hereby notified that the Second Floor of the House hereinafter mentioned, that is to say, 87, Wellington Street, was on the Twenty- ninth Day of May, 1869, pursuant to Section XXIII of the above Ordinance, declared by me under my Hand and Seal of Office to be an Un- licensed Brothel.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY.

NOTICE HUGH ALEXANDER MCLEAN,

of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Master Mariner, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptey, filed in the Supreme Court on the First day of June, 1869, is hereby required to surrender him- self to Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, De- puty Registrar of the said Supreme Court, at the first Meeting of Creditors, to be held before the said Deputy Registrar, on the Seventeenth day of June instant, at Three o'clock in the after- noon precisely, at the Supreme Court House. The said Deputy Registrar is the Official As- signee, and the Bankrupt appears in person.

At the Mecting, the said Deputy Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Credi- tors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

All persons having in their possession any of the Effects of the said Bankrupt must deliver them to the said Deputy Registrar, and all Debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to the said Deputy Registrar.
