IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY.

NOTICE-GUILHERME DA SILVEIRA, of

Shelley Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, late Jeweller and Watchmaker, but now out of employment, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hong- kong in Bankruptey on the Third day of Fe- bruary, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-nine, is hereby required to surrender him- self to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Creditors to be held before the said Regis-- trar on the Seventeenth day of February next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely at the said Court.

Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Edmund Sharp is the Solicitor Acting in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will be appointed by the Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette,

At the First Meeting of Creditors, the Regis- trar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's estate and effects. At the public sitting, proofs of Debts of Creditors will be received and the Bankrupt, will be required to submit himself to be examined and to make a full disclosure and discovery of all his estate and effects, and to finish his examina- tion.

Notice is also hereby given to all Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt or that have any of his effects not to deliver the same but to the Official Assignee and to give notice to the Solici- tor Acting in the Bankruptcy.

NOTICE. All persons indebted to the Estate

of the late Mr. WILLIAM GASKELL, of No. 57, Wyndham Street, and No. 2, Chub Chambers, Solicitor, are requested to make pay- ment, and all persons having claims against said estate are notified to send in their claims to Mr. EDMUND SHARP, Solicitor, Bank Buildings, on or before the 31st May, 1869.
