On 15th March, being the person in charge of Cargo-boat No. 182, did unlawfully have certain false fittings in the said Cargo- boat for the purpose of fraudu- lently concealing goods therein. And further did then and there feloniously steal, take, and carry away, and conceal within the said false fittings, 53 catties of Copper, the property of Messrs. John Burd & Co.

On 30th March, for plying their Cargo-boats in the Harbor, without having been duly li- censed by the Registrar General.

On 28th March last, for plying a Cargo-boat in the Harbor, with- out a License.

On April 14th, for plying their Cargo-boats in the Harbor, without having been duly fi- censed by the Registrar General.

On 17th September, for having a false bulkhead in his Cargo-boat registered as No. 181, for the fraudulent concealment of goods.

Fined $10, in default one month's im- prisonment.
