FOONG-Hoy, trading in Hongkong as a Merchant, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court on the Twenty-fourth day of April, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight, a Public Sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and nake application for his discharge, will be held before the Honorable John Smale, Esquire, Chief Jus- tice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on Friday, the Eighth day of January, One thousand, Eight hundred and Sixty-nine, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely.
