Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action the said Cassum Nathoo, or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island entitled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against Persons absent from the Colony" the said At- tachment may be dissolved.

HEREAS an Action has been commenced

in this Court, at the suit of the above named Mah-ah-Tuck, against the above named Cassum Nathoo to recover the sum of One thou- sand Five hundred Dollars, being the amount of the Draft or Cheque drawn by the said De- fendant in favor of the Plaintiff on his the De- fendant's Compradore but which was dishonored; which said Draft or Cheque was given by the said Defendant to the Plaintiff for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, and also for money due on accounts stated; and it being alleged that the said Cassum Nathoo does not reside within this Island or its dependencies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Fourth day of January next, wherein the National Bank of India, Limited, and James Chalmers are Garnishees.

Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action, the said Cassum Nathoo or any person on his behalf, will give the security and notice, and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordi- nance of this Island, intitled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in Actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.
