that the raid Shares will be sold for and on ac- count of the said Estate on Monday, the 15th day of May, 1871. Any Persons having pcs- session of the Scrip or having any claims the con are hereby required to deliver the same with the particulars of their claims to the undersigned on or before the above date, otherwise such claims will not be recognized and the proceeds of the sale of the Shares will be applied to the general purposes of the Estate.
