GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Tenders will be received at the Registrar General's Office, up to Noon of Thursday, the 28th Instant, for the Privilege of preparing and selling Prepared Opium within this Colony for One Y.

on the 1st of August, 1870, under the Conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 2 of 1858, and in the

ditional Regulations of the 27th July, 1869.

At the request of Her Majesty's Consul at Mauila, the following Advertisement, respecting a mall Steamer found at Sea completely abandoned, is published for general information.

A small Steamer without name found derelict at Sea in Latitude 18° 6' North and Longitude 50′ East, has been towed into the Port of Manila by the Master of the British barque Petunia. The description of the said Steainer is as follows:--
