of Chancery made in the matter of an Act of Parliament for better securing Trust Funds, and for the relief of Trustees 10 and 11 Victoria Cap. 76, and in the matter of the Trusts of so much of the Estate of Bonanjee Framjee Cama as is repressured by the net proceeds of certaiu Policies of Insurance effected on the Ship John Stuart, in which Trusts are declared by two Judentures dated the 6th August, 1800, and another dated the 22nd August, 1860, and by the ¦ Decrees made in the suits of Narraway e. Beattie 1868, N. No. 3, and Beattie z. Narraway, 1868, B. No. 120, or by some of the said Indentures and - Decrces, and in the said suits of Narraway æ. Beattie and Beattle v. Narraway. All persons holding any Bills or Bill of Exchange accepted by the London Firm of Bomanjez Främjee Cama and Company, (which Firm is now dissolved, bui formerly consisted of Bomanjee Framjoc Cana and Bomanjee Pestonjce, and carried on busines at Gresham House, in Old Broad Street, in the said City of London) for the accomodation of the said Bomanjee Framjee Cama or of any Fim consisting of the said Bomanje Franjee Cams alone are required to send by post, prepold to William Dawes Freshfeld, of the Firm of Frede Bolde, No. 5, Bark Buildings, in the said City of London, Solicitors, (in meh msuper that the
