MAGISTRACY.

No. 688. It is hereby notified that the Annual Session of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace will be held in the Justices' Room, at the Magistracy, on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 1907, at 2.15 p.m., for the purpose of considering applications for publican's and adjunct licences for the year 1907-1908, under Ordinance No. 8 of 1898.

Forms of application may be obtained at the Magistracy.

All applications must be forwarded to the Magistracy on or before Friday, the 18th day of October, 1907.

ENTRANCE TO PORT PIRIE RIVER.

Re-erection of No. 1 Beacon.

Referring to Notice to Mariners, No. 7 of 1907, Masters of Vessels and others are hereby informed that, pending completion of the work, the signal mentioned will be shown from a Black painted Pontoon having a Pile Frame.

The signals will be as before, viz. :—

By Day, a Red Ball; by Night, a Red Light.

This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 2389в and 403.

OBSTRUCTION TO NAVIGATION, S.S. FORTUNATUS."

Masters of Vessels and others are hereby informed that it has been reported that the Burnt-out Hull of the S.S. Fortunatus has been passed in Lat. 5° 28′ S., and Long. 90° 35' E. This being in the track of shipping between Australia and India, Masters of Ships are hereby warned to keep a sharp look-out in that vicinity.

This affects Admiralty Chart No. 748a.
