Victor Boulland, of Vietoria in the Island of Hongkong, Merchant. Assignment of the Estate and Effects of the Debtor upon trust to sell, dispose of, realize, collect, and receive the same, and upon trust to administer and apply the same first in payment of the ex- penses of and incidental to the liquidation and of the preparation and registration of this Deed, and secondly for the benefit of all Cre- ditors rateably as in Bankruptcy also a Release by the Creditors to the Debtor for the consideration aforesaid with a provision that the Deed shall not affect the rights or remedies of Creditors against sure- ties or on any security nor right to receive dividends under the Deed, and also a proviso that the Deed should become void, if not executed, assented to, or approved of by the requisite majority of Cre- ditors.
I certify the above to be a true copy of the entry in the Register Book of Deeds under "The Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1864.”
