XI. All Questions which may arise at any Mecting of the Board Questions to be of Direction shall be decided by a Majority of Votes, and in Case decided by of an Equality of Votes, the President in Addition to his original Majority. Vote shall have a Casting Vote.
XII. In Case any Doubt or Ambiguity shall arise and any Questions of Controversy shall take place among the Members of the Board of Doubt or Direction as to the Interpretation of this Ordinance the same shall Ambiguity. be referred to the Governor in Council whose Decision thereon shall be final.
XIII. The Preliminary Board of Direction appointed under this Preliminary Ordinance shall, with all convenient Despatch after the Passing Board of thereof, proceed to elect a President, and shall cause all Buildings and Direction to
erect Hospital Works required for the Purposes of the said Hospital to be erected un the Site and executed out of the Funds of the Corporation upon the Site granted by granted by Her said Majesty as aforesaid, and the Members of the Iler Majesty. said Board shall continue to hold Office provisionally after the Ex- Provisional piration of the said Term of Two Years, until the Permanent Board of Direction shall have been elected under the Provisions herein- before contained.

XIV. The Hospital and all Buildings and Premises of the Inspection Corporation shall be open at all reasonable Times to the Inspection by Public of the Registrar General, the Colonial Surgeon and of Person whom the Governor may appoint in that Behalf.
XV. XVI. In Case it shall at any Time be shown to the Satisfaction Provision for of the Governor in Councit that the Corporation have ceased or Repeal of neglected or failed to carry out in a proper Manner the Object and Purposes of this Ordinance or to fulfil the Conditions thereof, or that sufficient Funds cannot be obtained by Voluntary Contribu- tions to defray the necessary Expenses of Maintaining the said Hospital, or that the Corporation is unable for any Reason to pay its Debts, it shall be lawful for the Governor, with the Advice of the Legislative Council of the Colony by an Ordinance to be passed for that Purpose, to repeal this Ordinance and to declare that the Incorporation hereby granted shall cease and determine and become absolutely void; Provided always that Six Months' Notice of the Governor's Intention to pass such an Ordinance shall be pre- viously given to the Corporation.

XVII. In Case the Incorporation hereby granted shall cease under In Case of the Provisions of the last preceding Section, all the Property and Repeal of Assets of the Corporation shall become vested in the Crown sub- ject to the rateable Payment thereont of the just Debts and Corporation to Liabilities of the Corporation, to the Extent of such Property and vest in Crowu, Assets and in such Manner as shall be provided by the Repealing Proviso for Ordinance or by any Order to be made in that Behalf by the Payment of
Governor in Council.
