OTICE is hereby given to the next of Kin, and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named parties, decessed, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Wednesday, the Turatieth dry of December, A.D. 1871; or, if none, that the ext of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Adminis ration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Regis- trar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think it.

JEE ELIAS, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong and of Canton, in the Empire of China, Trader, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy fed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, ie Bankruptcy, on the Thirteenth day of Novem- ber, in the Year of our Lord Ore thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-one, is hereby re- quired to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar on the Third day of Jaxonry, in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-two, et Eleven o'clock in the forenoon of that day pic- cisely, at the said Court.
William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. John Joseph Francis is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first Meeting of Creditors, the Regis- trar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Cre- ditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and
Effects.
Notice is also hereby given to all persons in- debted to said Bankrupt or that have any of his Effets not to deliver the same but to the Official Assignee.
