His Excellency Sin RICHARD GRAVES MACDONNELL, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Bachelor, and Companion of the Most Honorable Order of the Bath, LL. D., Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, landed this Day before 11 A.M., and resumed the Adiciniŝuation of the Government of the Colony.
