3. All Stone quarried by him or by any of his Sub-Licensees shall be removed from the Quarries within One Month after the License shall have expired, or shall have become void by reason of any Breach of these Conditions, and in Default thereof all such Stone shall be seized and forfeited to the Crown.
4. He shall grant no Sub-License otherwise than subject to the last preceding Condition. 5. He shall be responsible for any Injury or Obstruction occasioned to or in any Drain, Water- course, or Roadway by the working of any Quarry under this License, by reason of any fall of Earth therein or otherwise, and in case he shall not forthwith at his own cost make good such Injury or remove such Obstruction, to the satisfaction of the Surveyor General, it shall be lawful for the Surveyor General to cause the work necessary for such purpose to be executed, and all reasonable costs incurred thereby shall be re-paid by the Licensee to the Crown.
6. He shall use his best endeavours to maintain Peace and good Order, among the Sub-Licensees
and Workmen at the Quarries.
7. In case of the Breach of these Conditions or any of them, the License shall become void and the Licensee shall forfeit to the Crown a Sum equal the amount of Premium paid by him for the License by way of liquidated damages.
8. He shall, before or at the time of the Execution of the License Deel, enter into a Bond, with one Surety or more if required to be approved by the Registrar General, in double the amount of the Premium to be paid for the License, as a Security for the payment of the Sum which may
be forfeited by him to the Crown as aforesaid by reason of the Breach of any of these Conditions.

The prepayment of the postage on ordinary Letters is optional.
The postage on registered Letters must be prepaid: the charge for registration being the same
sum as the postage on each Letter.
The prepayment of the postage on Newspapers, other printed papers and Packets of Patterns is compulsory.
