Order made by the Governor-in-Council, under the provisions of Section 6 of The Stamp Ordinance, 1901, (Ordinance No. 16 of 1901), this 10th day of October, 1907.

Bills of Exchange of the nature of Bearer Money Orders drawn by the General Post Office at Singapore, Straits Settlements, upon the General Post Office at Hongkong and certified by the Superintendent of the Money Order Branch of the said General Post Office at Singapore shall be exempt from duty when the amount does not exceed $100.
