in this Court at the suit of the above named Foong Aking, against the above named Essabhoy Ahmed, Joosub Ahmed, and Soomer Ahmed, to recover Two thousand Four hundred and Seventy-one Dollars and Twenty Cents, for goods sold and delivered by the said Foong Aking to them and for money due on an account stated, and it being alleged that the said Essa- bhoy Ahmed, Joosub Ahmed, and Soomer Almed do not reside within this Island or its Dependeu- cies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Sixteenth day of August
