It is hereby made known that His Excellency The Lieutenant Governor in Council, has granted to HO-LEUNG, of the SIU LUNG Shop, No. 57 Bonhara Strand, and SI-YAU, of the FUK LUNG Shop No. 77 Jervois Street, the exclusive Privilege of preparing and selling Prepared Opium within the Colony of Hongkong and the Waters thereof, for the period of Five Months from the 1st of Augos, By Command,
