the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigatiou Company, Alexander McIver Esc., Superinten- dent of the said Company, Lec Acheong, Noor Mahomed Hajce Abdool Rahman, King Wo, and Abdool Moussa, are Garnishees.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action the said Essabhoy Ahmed, Joosub Ahmed, and Soomer Ahmed or any person on their behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea requ red by the Ordinance of this Island entituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law agalust persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.
