hereinbefore provided, or who without possessing any Qualification as a Barrister, Attorney, Proctor, or Notary Public, shall act as such or prepare any Document whatever for Fee or Reward, shall be liable for every such Offence to forfeit to the Crown a Penalty not exceeding Two hundred Dollars.
XXX. The Supreme Court shall have Power, 'upon reasonable Striking off Cause, to remove and strike off from the Rolls of the Court the the Rolls. Name of any Barrister, Attorney, or Proctor.

XXXI. The Provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to the Law Officers, Attorney General or to the Crown Solicitor.
