IN BANKRUPTCY.

TOTICE.—RAFAEL BOTTADO, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Clerk and Mercantile Assistant, having been adjudged Pankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in Bankruptcy, on the Third day et Aprü, 3.D. 1871, is hereby required to sur- render himself to William Hastings Alexauder, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the Est meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on the Second day of May, A.. 1871, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon of that day precisely, at the said Court.

William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. John J. Francis is the Slicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
