hereby make known to every one that in the year 1858, he had been joining with Lichi-cheung and some others to open the Shop Cheung-loong-shing of Silk pieces at Hong- kong and also the shop Tscung-man at Canton, and Cheung-loong at Macao, of the same busi- ness, of which the said PANG-HING had two shares. Now in the year 1869 the ac- counts of the shops were settled and the said PANG-HING had withdrawn his two shares, and given them up to Lichi-cheung and the others, who had also been willing to receive them.
