hereby make known to every one that in the year 1858, he had been joining with to open the Lichi-cheung and some others Shop Cheung-loong-shing of Silk pices at Hong- kong and also the shop Tseung-mau at Canton, and Cheung-loong at Macao, of the same busi- the said PANG-HING had ness, of which' two shares. Now in the year 1809 the ac- counts of the shops were settled and the said PANG-WING had withdrawn his two shares, and given them up to Lichi-cheung and the others, who had also been willing to receive them. From this time, the business of the said three shops Cheung-long-shing, Tseung-Mau and Cheung-looug will be prosperous or failed, it has no matter to the said PANG-HING. This is an evidence to prevent any dispute of the future time.
