The Registers of Births or Baptisms, Deaths or Burials, among the Chinese Population, which are kept in every District of the Colony of Hongkong, will be transmitted, when completed, to the Registrar General's Office. The Registers un-completed will be in the custody of the Registrars of the respective. Districts. Certified copies of those uncompleted Registers will be forwarded to the Registrar General's Office at the end of every Three Months. Searches in these Registers will be allowed on the same terms as above.
