RUSTOMJEE RUTTONJEE, of Vic- toria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Trader, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Peti- tion for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in Bankruptcy, on the Twenty-sixth day of October, 1872, à Public sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last exami- nation, and make application for his discharge, will be held before the Honorable Julian Paun- cefote, Acting Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on the Twentieth day of November, 1872, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely.
