The subjoined Post Office Notice is published for general information.

It is hereby notified for general information that henceforward the Postage on Letters addressed to Russia, when marked to be forwarded viâ Southampton, will be reduced to 40 cents per half-ounce.

The Undersigned desires to engage the services of a respectable European, well acquainted with the Colony, to act as Sheriff's Officer.

Applicants must be prepared to find security.
