NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Reso-

lution for the Voluntary Winding-up of this Company was duly passed at an Extraordi- nary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company held on the 9th day of July last, which was afterwards duly coufirmed at another Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on the 22nd day of August instant, pur- suant to the Companies' Ordinance, 1865.

OTICE is hereby given that the Co-partnery, MR. WILLIAM STEWART YOUNG is

for sometime subsisting between the under- signed THOMAS STEEL WALKER and SAMUEL EASTON, and carrying on business as Engineers, Boilermakers, Brass and Iron Founders under the Firm of WALKER, EASTON & Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent, when the said THOMAS STEEL WALKER retired from the Concern.

The Debts due by and to the said Firm will be paid and received by the said SAMUEL EASTON.
