BERG, of Victoria in the Colony of Hong- kong, unemployed Mercantile Assistant, having heen adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supremo Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on Fifteenth day of July, 1872, a Public sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge, will be held before the Honorable Henry John Ball, Acting Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on Wednesday, the Fourteenth day of August, 1872, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely. At this meeting, proofs of the Debts of the Cre- ditors will be received.
All Persons who have possession of any of the Effects of the said Bankrupt must deliver the same to the Official Assignee, and all Debts due to the said Bankrupt must be paid to the said Official Assignee.
