IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG

IN BANKRUPTCY,

NOTICE CHRISTIAN LOUIS VOLKMANN,

of Hongkong, Tavern-keeper, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in Bankruptcy, on the Thirty-first day of May, in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy- two, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Re- gistrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Regis- trar on the Nineteenth day of June, in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-two, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon of that day precisely, at the said Court.

William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee.

A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the first Meeting of Creditors, the Regis- trar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Cre- ditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

Notice is also hereby given to all persons in- debted to said Bankrupt or that have any of his Effects not to deliver the same but to the Official Assignee.
