in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, lately carrying on business under the style or firm of Gair & Co., at Saigon, having been ad- judged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudi- cation of Bankruptey, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Ele- venth day of May, 1872, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar on the Twenty-third day of
