and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Friday, the Third day of May, A.D. 1872; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.
