NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition
presented to the Supreme Court of Hongkong in its Original Jurisdiction on the 28th day of August 1907 for confirming a Special Resolution reducing the capital of the above mentioned Company from Taels 225,000 (Shanghai Sycee) to Tacls 112,500 (Shanghai Syccc) is directed to be heard before His Honor on the 26th day of October 1907. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desirous to oppose the making of an Order for the reduction of the Capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose. And a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any credi tor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that BRITISH
AMERICAN TOBACCO COMPANY LIMITED whose Registered Office is Cecil Chambers, 86 Strand, London, W. C., England, Tobacco Manufacturers, have, on the 7th day of August, 1997, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
