the above named Antonio Espantoso against the above named Francisco Abella, to recover the sum of Five thousand Tw› Fndred and Eighty Dallas, being the amount of Commission due on the Charter of a steamer procured by the said Antonio Espantoso for and at the request of the said Francisco Abella and for work and labor done for the said Francisco Abella at his request, and it being alleged that the said Francisco Abella does not reside within this Islaud or its Depend- encies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued, returnable on the Thirteenth day of Oc- tober, One thousand Eight hundred and Se- venty-three, wherein John MeDouall, Manager of the Oriental Bank Corporation is Garnishee.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action, the said Francisco Abella, or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordi- nance of this Island, entituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in Actions at Law against Persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.
