Owners of Tenements assessed to the Police, Lighting, Water and Fire Brigade Rates, are informed that the Rates for the Second Quarter of the year 1873 are payable in advance, during within the month of April next.

They are also requested to take notice that defaulters to payment after the period specified, are liable to be sued in the Court of Summary Jurisdiction.
