OTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 9 of 1870, Section 3, an order has been made by the Honorable Sir John Smale, Knight, Chief Justice of the said Court, limiting the time for Creditors and others to send in their claims against the above Estates to Thursday, the 30th day of September, 1875, on or before which date all Claims must be proved, otherwise they will not be included in the Scheme of Division.
