10. (b.) For every Offence against Paragraph 5, a Fine not exceeding Fifty Dollars, or Imprisonment for a Term not exceeding Six Weeks.
(c.) For Every Offence against Paragraph 6, a Fine not ex- ceeding One hundred Dollars, or Imprisonment for a Term not exceeding Three Months.
(d) For Every Offence committed by a Passage Broker against Paragraph 7, a Fine not exceeding One hundred Dollars, or Imprisonment for a Term not exceeding

(e.) For Every Offence against Paragraph 8, a Fine not exceeding Fifty Dollars, or Imprisonment for a Term not exceeding Two Months.
